Red Arrows Return to Plymouth this Summer!

Taking to the air on the second night of the British Firework Championships on Wednesday 19 August they will be displaying their acrobatic talents across the beautiful setting of Plymouth Hoe, the Arrows display will take place at 7pm. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> This fantastic, internationally acclaimed display team will be a great addition to a packed summer of events in the city.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> The Twister Aerobatics display team will be wowing crowds with their electrifying pyrotechnic display on the first night of the championships, taking place on Tuesday 18 August. This amazing display will start at approximately 9pm.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Deputy Leader of Plymouth City Council, Pete Smith, said: “We are delighted to have secured The Red Arrows as one of the highlights of the British Fireworks Championships. The Red Arrows are always a major attraction and we are very much looking forward to their display.”</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> The British Firework Championships, held this year on Tuesday 18 & Wednesday 19 August, is one of Britain’s most spectacular firework displays.  Jointly organised by The Event Services Association (TESA) and Plymouth City Council, the Championships feature six top pyrotechnics companies who set off four tonnes of fireworks over the Plymouth Waterfront as they battle it out to become the British Firework champion.
